ForceEnableTournamentScoreboard
Allows the scoreboard normally only enabled in Tournament mode to be forced on in Solo play.
This will automatically be disabled if you are in a local matchmaking game with other players, as it takes up the same space as the other player's scores in link play.
This can be turned on and off as needed either by setting ForceEnableTournamentScoreboard to true or false in mu3.ini or by using the TestMenuConfig mod menu to enable or disable it.
